Southeastern North Carolina county urges residents to register for alerts with the peak of hurricane season approaching

BOLIVIA, N.C. – With peak Atlantic hurricane season starting mid-August, Brunswick County Emergency Management is encouraging all residents and community members to stay informed by registering for the ReadyBrunswick Emergency Notification System.
Brunswick County is in southeastern North Carolina and borders New Hanover County. Wilmington is the New Hanover County seat.
